In 1154, After the Gathering part 5 (The Resurrection 1), Reverend Nick Catania continues a series on The Kingdom of God. In this session we see that the apostle Paul was a Pharisee brought up in the scriptures. He understood the resurrection of the just and the unjust foretold in the Old Testament. This knowledge was known and taught throughout the Old Testament. By the time of the Gospels, much of the information about the resurrection had been forgotten. Religious tradition had obscured the truth. This happens today when people put their own traditions first instead of God. The Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection, angels or spirits. It was so perverted that these experts didn't believe in Israel's hope. The Pharisees did, but fell short in other areas. There was knowledge and understanding in abundance in the Old Testament regarding the resurrection. Daniel didn't know there was going to be a period of time between the resurrection of the just and the unjust. This is where the Millennial Kingdom takes place. We have seen evidence from the scriptures of a future resurrection presented throughout the Old Testament.
